Description

Small long brooch. Square headplate with crescent-shaped flat knobs; high bow with rectangular section area on top and latitudinal line near bottom; flat panel decorated with sets of latitudinal lines; foot fans out and curves upward. Irregular semicircular punch marks around edges of side knobs, top knob, and foot. Part of corroded iron pin attached to pin bar lug on reverse; brooch has an overall pitted surface as a result of corrosion.
