Description

16 fragments of clay tobacco pipes of Oswald type 6. All have a large, bulbous bowl with a circular mouth and a cylindrical stem. 15 fragments have a flat base and one has a short spur. 15 fragments have a rouletted lip and one has a faint groove around the lip. 13 fragments are of of white colour and three are discoloured brown. One fragment has grey staining.
