There is actually no description for Z 16829 in the Z register but the entry both states 'Ethiopia' and 'Dr Hugh Scott' which match the information on the object label. The similarity between Z 16829 and Z 16849 makes it very likely that the Z number written on the object label is incorrect due to a typo.

Description (Physical description)
Large brass censer or incense burner. Consists of a handle at top, with chains, bells, and an incense container hanging below. A chain with a small cross can be pulled out of the top of the handle, which controls the opening of the incense container. The container features openwork diamond-shaped designs, which allow incense smoke to flow outward. White accretions present on bells and chains.
