Context (Acquisition Details)
Collected by Dr Alexander Atta Yaw Kyeremanten (1916-76) and donated by Miss Mary Desborough Cra'ster [aka Craister] (1957-1988), Assistant Curator, MAA.
These probably given to Mary Cra'ster when Dr Kyerematen was in Cambridge in early 1970s and was working to turn his 1966 Oxford doctoral thesis into a book. It is unclear if they were intended as a personal gift to her or the museum.
