Description (Physical description)
One of six postcards. This example is titled 'Chaise à porteurs: Open sedan-chair'. Depicted is a man in a purple robe with green trousers, seated in a sedan chair that is being carried by four individuals. The attendants each wear brightly coloured robes with black and red caps on their heads. Hand painted, with a single line of Chinese text in the top right corner.
