Description (Physical description)
One of six postcards. This example is titled 'No. 11 Sacrifice et mariage: The marriage sacrifice'. Depicted are a bride and groom kneeling on a rug in front of tan altar, laden with bowls of fruit, smoking incense and other foodstuffs. There are a number of attendants around the bride and groom including two playing instruments, which include a trumpet and a side blown flute. Hand painted with bright colours and highlighted with silver paint.
