Context (Field collection)
Find number 17, Tomb 144, Site B. Excavated by James Stewart, British School at Athens, 1937-1938. Excavated by James Stewart, British School at Athens, 1937-1938. The dromos had been destroyed by the chamber of Tomb 123 and Tomb 144 itself was partly destroyed. The disturbed nature of this tomb made it impossible to determine the number of burials present, though the size suggested a single skeleton.
