Exhibited in Looms of our Grandmothers: Picb'il textiles from Guatemala, 16 May – 6 October 2019.
Label noted 'Small model looms like this are made in Cobán and San Juan Chamelco for both local and international tourist markets. It is a completely functional miniature loom. The patterns on the horizontal cotton wefts are traditional to the region and include Ducks, Clay pots, Dog footprints and Corn plants.'
