Description
Balance or weighing scales, with a rusted iron or steel balancing arm with central spike, suspension loop and small under-hanging plumb. Two circular brass weighing pans are each affixed via three green cords to the ends of the balancing arm. A faded green tassel lies at the top of each set of cords.
