Description
Balance or weighing scales, with an iron or steel balancing arm with central spike, suspension loop and small under-hanging plumb. There is also a black and red tassel affixed to the suspension loop. Two circular brass weighing pans are each affixed via three green cords to the ends of the balancing arm. One of the pans is now quite bent out of shape.
