Context (Analysis)
In March 2019, Dr. Isabelle Vella Gregory studied some of the Jebel Moya material and figurines at MAA. She provided measurements. No new date was given for this object and so the Period field remains '?Neolithic; ?Merioitc' (with the '?' being moved to the front of each date to reflect current standards). More investigation of the material will have to be undertaken to fully assess and date the objects.
Information regarding her analysis can be found in the archive, Doc.491.
