A note on the catalogue card for Z 15142, signed DAR [D. Roe] and dated April 1965, reads: 'Most of these are from the Henry Bury Collection, of which the major part is at the Willmer House Museum, Farnham, Surrey, and selected material at the Geological Museum, Exhibition Road, S. Kensington. Bury's own M.S. catalogue, in which all the numbers marked by him on these flints should be traceable is with the material at Farnham.'

Rosemary Hooker and Chris Tayler examined this object on 22 January 2019 on behalf of Farnham Museum, as part of a survey of Henry Bury's collection. They generated a spreadsheet detailing their analysis of the collection, see Doc.437.
