Description (Physical description)
Copper alloy, probably brass, prayer wheel. Attached is a wooden handle with a metal spike affixed to end that passes through the brass drum of the prayer wheel. The drum of the prayer wheel is decorated with a repoussé design with the words 'Om Mani Padme Hum' written in Sanskrit. A round weight attached to the side of the drum via a chain allows the drum to revolve. There is a pointed terminus at the top of the drum that keeps the prayer wheel together.
