Description (Physical description)
Woodblock print, on a rectangular length of paper with a cream border around the print. Depicted is a man seated on a black surface, possibly a rock, who is wielding a bamboo fishing rod over his head, which has a large goldfish on the end of the hook. He is shown wearing black trousers, a billowing red and white top, a green textile wrapped around his neck and a white kerchief on his head. There is a length of Japanese Kanji script along the left side of the print with the title and maker's seal stamped in the lower left corner.
