Description (Physical description)
Smoothed coconut shell spoon, brown marbled colouring, from Malaysia. One long edge of the spoon in straight, the other long edge has a deep curve to it. The backside of the spoon has the original accession number written on it, as well as "342" and "5L".

Context (Amendments / updates)
The previous description says both coconut shell and wooden to describe the material of the spoon. However, upon cataloguing, it was discovered that the spoon is made of coconut shell, no wooden parts.
