Z number allocated on 30 4 1987. The inscription on the back of one of the prints gives an incorrect identification, " Kamadeva..." . The Hindi inscription on front is " Shri Rama Chaindonja." Description (Physical description)
Poster or printed page of the Hindu deity 'Krishna', as a baby. He is shown killing a nursemaid who had poisoned breast milk, which is shown spurting from her breast. He is depicted nude, wearing numerous pearls and jewelled necklaces and arm ornaments with a peacock feather in his hair. This print is one of twenty-three coloured glossy printed pages of deities from the text by Raja Ravi Varma, "Gods of India".
