These fragments were found stored with 1975.255 and 1975.254 in a cardboard box identical to those used by Charles McBurney to store his finds. A label on the front read: 'EUROPE (Misc.) AS II B. Krapina - casts. La Micoque - bone. ENGIHOUL: Flint' and in a later hand: 'Ex CBM McBurney'.
