Context (Amendments / updates)
There is confusion over the numbering of the objects E 1912.47 and BB 1912.109.

According to the Blue Book BB 1912.109 = AR 1912.303.
According to the 1912 Accession register E 1912.47 = AR 1912.303.
It should therefore be the case that BB 1912.109 is E 1912.47.

The description in the 1912 Accession Register for E 1912.47, 'A brass vessel for antimony' and for AR 1912.303 in the annual report: ' 'A brass vessel for antimony', are very similar to the description for BB 1912.109 in the Blue book which reads: 'An ornate small vase-like brass vessel for antimony'.

However, on the database E 1912.47 had been attributed to BB 1912.123 (which has not been matched with an AR number in the Blue Book). This seems to have been done arbitrarily (see old location note in E 1912.47). The description for the object on the database was also given as 'Brass vessel for antimony'.

The description in the Blue Book for BB 1912.123 however, reads: 'Five powder flasks: 1 [123] flat round both faces/bearing an ornate pattern'.
This description matches the object labelled BB 1912.123 on visual inspection. It has therefore been decided to remove the E 1912.47 association from BB 1912.123 and create a separate record for that object under the Blue Book number. E 1912.47 has now been connected to BB 1912.109.
