Description (Physical description)
Copper alloy, probably brass, amulet case. The case has a sliding section at the back, which has a Sanskrit symbol stamped into the metal. The image, in the front of the case, is painted onto textile and displays a Buddhist ?bodhisattva or lama who is seated on top of a horse. In the p. right hand is a staff with trailing streamers near to the top and in the p. left hand is a gold coloured circular object. Around the head is a green aura with large clouds in the background.
