Description
A bronze-coloured, rectangular metal badge from the Hungarian Young Communist League (KISZ). It features the organisation's emblem in the top left-hand corner, which is a Hungarian flag in front of a plain flag, with a star in the corner and '1919, 1957, KISZ' written on it. The badge also features raised lettering that reads 'A 15 éves KISZ tagságért', which roughly translates as 'for the 15-year membership'. There is safety-pin type fastening on the back.
