Enamelled copper alloy badge for the Workers' Guard Militia, awarded to an Outstanding Officer. Central insignia depicts the Hungarian flag and the letter 'M', overlain diagonally with a gun. Surrounded by a white circle and a gold coloured wreath with a red star on top. Red banner at the bottom reads '-KIVÁLÓ- PARANCSNOK'. Copper alloy safety pin adhered vertically on back.
