Description (Physical description)
Cast copper alloy figure of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara (sometimes referred to as Chenrezig), seated on a lotus shaped pedestal. Depicted with four arms; the front two held, palms touching, in a prayer position, the p. back left arm holding a lotus blossom and the p. back right arm holding a string of beads. Flaming arch depicted around the back of the figure. Seated in the diamond lotus position.
