Part of a collection of Luristan bronzes purchased by Dr Ture Arne for Louis Clarke in Iran. In his publication ‘Luristan and the West’ (Eurasia Septentrionalis Antiqua, vol. IX, 1934), Arne references a collection of Luristan bronzes he purchased in Tehran now in the Swedish History Museum; this collection may have been purchased at a similar time.

Description (Physical description)
Two large and one smaller. Suspect they are stylised opium-poppy heads with a perforated loop for suspension at the base. On one of the larger pendants the loop is filled with the remains of a pin, flat on one side and pointed on the other. J.Somerville 23/7/2003.
