Context (Analysis)
Four lengths of bamboo were found together in 2018 and assigned a temp number, TEMP.00584.1-4. One has since been identified as 1937.1184, with the records being combined to reflect this. The Place field and Source field for the remaining poles (TEMP.00584.1 and TEMP.00584.3-4) has been updated as '?Asia; ?South Asia; ?India' and '?Samson, Otto William (Dr) [?field collector]; ?Clarke, Louis Colville Gray [?donor]' based on this relationship.

Worked length of bamboo, possibly part of a weapon or tool. Iron band fittings on both ends; rectangular slot cut into one end; nodes flattened.
