Description for TEMP.00584.1-4: 'Four pieces of bamboo. The longest piece has iron bands wrapped around both ends; another has an iron spike protruding from one end. Possible architectural element.'

Four lengths of bamboo were found together in 2018 and assigned a temp number, TEMP.00584.1-4. One has since been identified as 1937.1184, with the records being combined to reflect this. The Place field and Source field for the remaining poles (TEMP.00584.1 and TEMP.00584.3-4) has been updated as '?Asia; ?South Asia; ?India' and '?Samson, Otto William (Dr) [?field collector]; ?Clarke, Louis Colville Gray [?donor]' based on this relationship.
