From Room 42, Skeleton 189. Body apparently covered with cotton fabric over which was a bark mat. Remains of basket found inside this bowl. Location 13' to (?) N.E. wall. 3 to (?) N.W. wall. Excavated by Samuel K. Lothrop, Museum of the American Indian, and Louis Clarke, Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, as part of the Louis C.G. Description (Physical description)
White-slipped bowl with crazed surfaces. Interior decorated with four groups of painted red lines inside rim and traces of painted red patterns on vessel wall; exterior much blackened. Everted rim; hemispherical body on round base. Reconstructed with sherds; a fragment at base is broken off and missing.
