Larged gilded sar daik manuscript chest. The three small figures in the front panel represent Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva which were adopted by Burmese Buddhists. The chest rests on a stand composed of three graduating sections.

Larged gilded sar daik manuscript chest. The three small figures in the front panel represent Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva which were adopted by Burmese Buddhists. The chest rests on a stand compaosed of three graduating sections. The chest is made out of wood, covered in lacquer and gilt. There are metal components such as the lock and hinges.
