Watercolour portrait of an elderly Burmese man, he is resting his weight on a cane and holding a string of beads in his left hand. The man appears to be poor with dirty clothes and patchwork trousers. It is signed 'M. T. Hla' (Maung Tin Hla) in the bottom right corner.

Watercolour portrait of an elderly Burmese man, he is resting his weight on a cane and holding a string of beads in his left hand. The man appears to be poor with dirty clothes and patchwork trousers. It is signed 'M. T. Hla' (Maung Tin Hla) in the bottom right corner. The painting has been mounted onto a thicker piece of white card. This painting was possibly framed previously, however, it is now loose.
