Description
A small bamboo cup for drinking water, or khwet, with inverted rim. It is covered in lacquer and designed in red, yell, brown, and black. The sides depict a horseman riding away from a building and a figure looks out from a window at the departing figure. This scene is repeated four times. The underside of the base is decorated with a floral design. Some of the lacquer has come away from the bamboo surface on the body.
