Context (Amendments / updates)
This cylinder seal was accessioned as Z 17999, along with many other objects that may have had no relation to one another. Although Z 17999 was entered in the Accession Register as coming from Egypt, this cylinder seal has been examined by Dr Kathryn Kelley, University of Oxford, who believes it may be from West Asia. Therefore, the Place field has been updated accordingly.
