Description

Red ware rim sherd. Interior of vessel is collared and painted dark red; the rim is everted and horizontally flanged; with a diagonally projecting adorno lug and some linear decoration, all painted red. It is formed of three parts, with two raised semi-spherical eyes with pierced pupils and a rectangular face in between with a scored line for a mouth.
