Description

Red ware rim sherd with zoomorphic adorno, likely a manatee. Features consist of raised circular eyes with incised lines; a short snout with two pierced nostrils, and mouth below; and a large, hollow cylindrical body applied to the vessel walls. There are two uneven raised nubbins behind the head; and another on the rim.
