It was discovered that Z 44448 is a broken piece of the base sherd numbered Z 44452 E. The decision was therefore taken to combine these sherds under a single number and record, Z 44448.

Description (Physical description)
Two refitting sherds from a ring base of thin, coarse, red to reddish brown coloured fabric with quartz inclusions and smoothed surfaces. Ring is slightly flared with a squared edge. Base of vessel is sagging.
