Written in Devanagari and Perso-Arabic. Myhere was a kingdom near the Tons Valley, whose rulers were known as Rais [see: 'India and its Native Princes: Travels in Central India and in the Presidencies of Bombay and Bengal (Louis Rousselet, Charles Randolph Buckle, 2005, 380)].
This seal is a little hard to read because of how the writing is broken up between the flower petals but can make out the words ‘Shri Bihari Ju…Pratap…Raghubir…ki Gaurammi’. From 1852-1869 Raghubir Singh was Thakur or Rai. Gauramma was his wife
There is a number on this that looks like 1922 (or 1988)- it’s not clear what this is but it seems unlikely that this is a date.
