Written in Perso-Arabic script. Bahawalpur was a princely state and part of the Punjab States Agency. It is now in Pakistan. The rulers were known as Nawab Amirs; this might be the seal of Bahawal IV (reigned 1858-1866) or his predecessor Fath Mohammad Khan (reigned 1853-1858).
