Context (CMS Context)
Written in Perso-Arabic. Not sure if this is the Rani of Tehri or the Rani of Orccha or if there is a connection- 'The Rani of Jhansi, Rebel Against Will: A Biography of the Legendary Indian Freedom Fighter in the Mutiny of 1857-1858' (Rainer Jerosch 2007, 86), mentions Rani of Tehri [Orchha]. Have not been able to find the names of the Ranis anywhere so cannot name an individual here. If this is a woman’s seal that might be really interesting.
