Written in Perso-Arabic. Rampur was a princely state in what is now Uttar Pradesh. This is probably the seal of either Yusef Ali Khan Bahadur, who was Nawab of Rampur from 1855-1865, or Kalb Ali Khan Bhadur, who was Nawab from 1865-1887.
