Written in Perso-Arabic and Devanagari. The English writing at the back says Mewar, which was a princely state in Rajasthan. This may be the seal of Shambhu Singh who reigned from 1861-1874. It also has a date on it (18-). [Information provided by Danika Parikh, Department of Archaeology]
