Written in Devanagari. The English writing at the back says Punnah 64 (Bundelkhand). This is Panna state of the Bundelkhand Agency. Can read what looks like Nirpat Singh who was Raja of Panna from 1849-1869. 1864 must be the date the seal was collected. [Information provided by Danika Parikh, Department of Archaeology]
