Written in Perso-Arabic script. Think the writing at the back says Chirkari, Bundelkund- they probably mean Charkhari, Bundelkhand. If collected in 1865 it probably was the seal of Raja Ratan Singh (1829-1860) or Raja Jai Singh Deo (1860-1880) who were kings of Charkhari princely state in Bundelkhand.
