Written in Perso-Arabic script. The English at the back says Maharajah Pirthi Singh of Kishenghur- they probably mean Maharaja Prithvi Singh of Kishangarh (reigned 1840-1879), a princely state in Rajasthan between Ajmer, Jodhpur and Jaipur.
