Writtten in Devanagari. Nipal is an older British spelling of Nepal. Can also make out the words ‘Shri Maharajadhiraj’ which is the title for the Kings of Nepal. It might be the seal of King Surendra Bikram Shah (reigned 1847-1881). [Information provided by Danika Parikh, Department of Archaeology]
