Context (Amendments / updates)
1924.1217 A-D were originally entered in the Accession Register as 'Provenance not recorded'. William Ridgeway identified them as 'of Balkan type', and the Place was entered as '?Balkans' accordingly. However, a later hand in the Accession Register noted that they may in fact be Coptic from Egypt. The Period and Place field have therefore been updated to include this information pending further analysis.

Ring made of overlapping silver wire with three small spheres on the exterior. Piece of wire twisted at the base for adjustment.
