Large wooden headrest with three legs: one at one end and an added pair of legs attached under the object with 3-ply plaited coconut fibre cords. A serrated ridge runs underneath the seat and along the length of the single leg. Bird head sculpted at one end of the seat, bird tail at the other. Green pigmentation visible on the surface of the object - possibly resulting from an added and degrading layer of varnish. A piece of paper (unrelated to the object) adhered to the top of the head bar.
