In pink and black. Text on the front reads 'Awany Pelelahaw gada (Hulubalary of Sri Rama) deserted Maharaja Wana to join Sri Rama)'. Possibly based on myth cycles from which Wayang Golek and Kulit puppets are based, or the image is of the puppet itself.
