Description

Pewter communion cup. Deep, straight-sided bowl with straightedged rim; moulded, knopped stem; flat circular base, which is probably not original. The bowl is decorated with stippling, except for a bare oval section which may have had an applied decoration, and four symbols above it, depicting a flower, a lion, an acorn, and an unknown symbol.
