Description (Physical description)
Catalogue card 1: Ear ornament, oval in shapes, made of shell with design left in native colour of inside of shell. The background in dark brown made by a pattern laid on to cover. The design where the stain is applied. It is framed in woven pandanus stained red and a rim of tiny clam shell beads. Catalogue card 2: Cross-section of shell, breast or ear ornament. Could be charm, worn on shield see Z 338.
