Description (Physical description)
Object consisting of two small figures of men, standing back to back, carved from hard wood. The eyes are of mother of pearl shell and one of the figures has a necklace of tiny clam shell beads, red white and black. Description taken from catalogue card.

Description (Physical description)
Possibly the top of lime stick, carved with two women standing back to back, with shell bead eyes (not of mother-of-pearl), tattooed faces, breasts, hands on their stomach, bent knees with protruding knee caps. One of the figure is wearing a necklace of white and red shell beads which also comprises some black seed beads and a couple of teeth (possibly bat or dolphin). Stick part is broken.
