Context (CMS Context)
Rectangular yellow label found with the object reads (erroneously) [in blue ballpoint] 'Marshall Islands/39.221?'. Tied to this label is a rectangular metal label that reads [in white ink] 'O.XXVIII.2./H.' A small white rectangular label with serrated edges and blue borders reads [in black ink] 'A v H./XXVIII./2.'

Context (Amendments / updates)
Found on long shelf I4. This mat has been given a temporary inventory number and a CMS record, so it can be traced on the system and in the store. It was previously incorrectly labelled ?39.221. That object was found in the store, clearly labelled 1939.221. The only number on this object is O.XXVIII.2.H. There appear to be no missing mats from the Marshall Islands, or missing mats from von Hugel on the CMS. Therefore they only option is to go through the Z registers to try and find a matching description and hopefully a matching von Hugel number and return its proper accession number to the object.
