Note this is one object and the word 'pair' on the catalogue card refers to the cut marks, which would produce two shell rings.

Description (CMS Description)
Tridacna shell ring with a creamy-yellow patina and a ground unpolished surface. A central cut mark extends over approximately one half of the circumference of the ring's exterior; the shell inside the cut mark is white in colour. The cross-section is rectangular and there are some indentations and chips along the edges. [Heather Donoghue 30.05.2012]
